Eighteen years mediation experience; conducted hundreds of mediations including one of the largest environmental disputes in Northern Michigan; medical malpractice, personal injury and family law mediations; conducted mediation workshops for public and private organizations.


Founder and first president of Northern Community Mediation, for Charlevoix and Emmet Counties, 1993.

Twenty-nine years in private practice of law with an emphasis on general civil litigation personal injury, family law, real estate and criminal law.
